Our custom itinerary planning services will take care of both the planning and the logistics to ensure your attention is solely focused on your exciting trip to Portugal and/or Spain.

Plus, without any direct relationship with the supplier, there’s no personal experience, which means you’ll receive a cookie-cutter experience. And should you have an issue in-country, there’s no place to turn for support.

How do our itinerary planning services work?

Fill out the form below with what you want to experience, see or taste, next one of our Tour Designers will follow up with any additional questions we might have. You then pay the one-time fee (half of this fee can be applied to services booked through Catavino). Within 3 business days, we’ll email you an outlined itinerary. This will include:

  • Accommodation suggestions, with multiple options
  • Tours or Experiences we feel you should experience
  • Restaurants based on what you love to eat
  • Other Activities based on your interests
  • Logistics and transport suggestions

Finally send us your feedback with any suggestions or comments you may have. We’ll keep working until we get your itinerary right for you. Once you have the ideal itinerary in hand, you can either:

  • OPTION 1 – Take your co-created itinerary and book the trip of your dreams!
  • OPTION 2 – Let us book it for you. Why? Because you can benefit from our industry discounts, personal relationships with wineries, hotels and restaurants to gain special access. And most importantly, you’ll save time. PLUS: When Catavino handles your booking we are on call 24/7 when you are in country to solve any and every issue that might come up. We’re here watching out for you.

How much does it cost?

To get started, we require a 300€ consulting fee to share our insights and knowledge. If you book your trip through us, we will automatically apply 150€’s of your deposit to the cost of your final tour!
