I will start by saying that I cried when I had to leave Portugal and come back to the real world of our home in the USA. Portugal and its people really found a big place in my heart and even as I write this weeks later I long to go back and I even feel a little ache in my heart because I had to leave.Catavino Tours was wonderful. Every single tour guide and driver was fantastic, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. And every single hotel and restaurant was top-notch.I highly recommend Catavino Tours, their attention to detail and their attentiveness made our vacation the BEST vacation ever. Fantastic tour of the Portugal wine country organized and conducted by the Catavino team. Echoing the comments of the previous reviews below, my wife and I experienced one memorable experience topped each day by the next memorable experience. A week of friendship, learning and interacting all in an environment that was stimulating and stress free. Kudos to Catavino for a wonderful and supremely well organized trip.

The Catavino team is amazing! We planned a trip to Portugal at beginning of Covid and had to cancel - not knowing when we might be able to reschedule. On short notice, we rebooked our trip this Fall..... Different time of year, different timeline of stay, and different request. Ryan, Ana, and the whole team made it perfectly seamless. It was completely worry free and stress free. There is no way we would have experienced Portugal to the extent we did, if we planned on our own. You know they have it the mark when my 25 year old son said " They created memorable experiences, not just tours"!!

Recently back from a Fall Harvest Wine & Food Tour in northern Portugal. Ryan and his team of angels of Catavino created an absolute exceptional itinerary for our group of 10 from Minnesota.
